Somatic Alignment is an eight-session 1:1 container  (available over Zoom or in-person in ATX)  where we meet your body where it’s at — and repattern how it holds your power. We bypass the stories. We drop into your body’s language — sensation, breath, movement, sound, presence. When your system learns it’s safe to hold all of you — rage, joy, softness, clarity — you stop looping in healing and start embodying change.
