These terms and conditions apply to all services and events provided under Project Empower, including the HEELED Method, SASS & ASS, all weekend retreats, and Bad Bitch Club, operated by Heather Haycock.

Introduction and Agreement to Terms
Thank you for your interest in participating in SASS & ASS, Bad Bitch Club or any weekend retreat. In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the tickets to SASS & ASS, delulu, or Bad Bitch Club. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Btch Club - Heather Haycock. By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Btich Club you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or to SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Bitch Club. Please note that Heather Haycock reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer HERE. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of SASS & ASS, delulu, or Bad Bitch Club tickets.

Ticket License and Entry Conditions
The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access to the venue(s) of SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Bitch Club is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Bitch Club. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue and removed from all communication channels, with no refund. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Refund Policy and Force Majeure
Please note that SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad B*tch Club tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits, there are no refunds. After purchase, you have 24 hours to request a refund for your purchase. After that 24 hour window, all ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns, exchanges, cancellations, or transfers. And if you opted in for the payment plan, once you submit your first payment, you are legally obligated to complete all payments. There are no refunds and all payments in the payment plan must be made. The organizer shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets purchased for SASS & ASS, delulu, Bad B*tch Club, or any other event hosted by Heather Haycock / Project Empower are valid only for the specific date and event for which they were purchased. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date, future event, or alternative offering. If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, we follow the industry norm in considering your absence a forfeiture of the ticket, with no refund or credit provided. Name changes or the transfer of a ticket to another person are also not permitted. Any attempt to resell or reallocate a ticket without authorization will render the ticket void, and entry will be denied without refund. These policies are strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of the event and the attendee experience.

Get Me Bodied Commitment
Enrollment in Get Me Bodied is a full 12-month commitment. By purchasing access to this program, you agree to complete all monthly payments for the entire term, regardless of your level of participation or any changes in your circumstances. There are no cancellations, opt-outs, or refunds once your purchase is made. The monthly subscription is a legally binding agreement that must be paid in full according to the schedule provided at checkout. By joining, you confirm that you understand and voluntarily accept these terms as final.

Collection and Use of Information
By purchasing SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad B*tch Club tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Heather Haycock to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage. Personal data collected will be used solely for event administration and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Data will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary. Heather Haycock does not take any responsibility and is not held liable for injuries or damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained. By clicking you agree to the terms and conditions the holder takes responsibility for their own actions, belongings, injuries and emotional safety. The bearer may opt out of any exercise at any time, Heather Haycock is there to guide emotions and energies, but not responsible for them.

Safe Environment and Confidentiality
SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Btich Club and Heather Haycock follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage, carrying at the venue, disrespect towards others, not contributing to a safe space for others, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd, obscene or disrespectful. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad Bitch Club and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event and/or club will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) and/or membership will become void from that point on. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees. Sharing personal stories or content from the event without consent is strictly prohibited.

Disputes and Chargebacks
Please note that you purchase SASS & ASS, delulu or Bad B*tch Club tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either. In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release
By signing up for and/or attending workshops, events, activities, and other programs and using any location or venue where Project Empower and/or Heather Haycock is providing services, I hereby acknowledge on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in heels dance, movement, exercise, somatic & energy work. I acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, including physical injuries, any form of distress, mental anguish or emotional distress, which are sustained or aggravated by me in relation to any workshop, event or membership, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Project Empower and/or Heather Haycock from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in any workshop, event or membership and (3) represent that I (a) have no medical, physical, mental or emotional condition that would prevent me from properly participating in Project Empower and/or Heather Haycock’s workshops, events or memberships, (b) do not have a physical, mental or emotional condition that would put me in any physical, mental, emotional or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician, therapist or professional of any kind to not participate in physical or somatic exercises. You are advised to consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity. Participation is voluntary, and you assume all associated risks. I have read this Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release Agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights including my right to sue Project Empower and/or Heather Haycock under the certain circumstances. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to the terms freely and voluntarily. The term of this waiver is indefinite for any and all (various) events and memberships put on by Project Empower and/or Heather Haycock.

Event Etiquette
To preserve the sanctuary at all Project Empower and/or Heather Haycock workshops and events, I abide to step into a no judgment zone, willing to connect with myself, willing to connect with others, and with the desire to raise the collective consciousness. If these conditions are not met, the attendee may be asked to leave, with no refund. Heather Haycock reserves the right to protect her space and ask anyone to leave at any time.

Videographers, Photographers, and Marketing Use
I understand there may be videographers or photographers at any event hosting by Heather Haycock/Project Empower. I understand that the videographer or photographer may capture me in some of the shots and agree that Heather Haycock and/or Project Empower has my permission to use the videos and photos that I am in to publicly market her business. I understand that they may be on her website, social media and used for other marketing purposes. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. Heather Haycock and/or Project Empower will not sell these photos or videos and will use them for her purpose only and with her best discretion to represent her brand & everyone involved well.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By clicking "Yes, I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions", you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accept all terms, policies, and risk allocations stated above. You further agree to adhere to the guidelines and etiquette outlined and confirm your willingness to participate under these conditions.
